He's a very good singer with a strong a passionate style and a mighty stage presence on this video. Shot in black and white, the video is full of color and life from Cooke and his group. The song is strong, uplifting, empowering, and is one that can touch all the workers of the USA. With a hard driving sound that slows at times to allow a sweet harmony to shine, "Working For The USA" is a song that can't and won't be contained. It's explosive and powerful, and very timely. Cooke really delivers the goods on this one. Both lyrically and musically solid, the song and video are highly inspirational and entertaining, as well as being thought provoking. The video is full of shots of real American people working and the intended connection is very well made. This is very high quality production with outstanding performances from Cooke and his Band. MusicDishTV Presents "Molly Ringwald Is Dead" By Alternative Band Love Supine

"Molly Ringwald Is Dead" is a video featuring the new song from Love Supine. It opens in the middle of a gathering of trees, as a mysterious sound heralds in the lead vocalist who is fading into view in the distance. The colors are almost black and white with a very washed out effect. In contrast, the rock band's down beat and the power chord of guitars bring this song to life. The singer is fascinated that the 80's teen star Molly Ringwald has opinions and thoughts that he didn't expect from her. The tempo is danceable, and the vocal style a bit like Fred Schneider of B52. The lead singer and guitar are the only players in the video, so there are effective cuts to the scene in synch with the music. "Molly Ringwald is Dead", has a dark humor to it, and should be perfect for Halloween.

American Brit Rocker Barry Keenan's song and video "Everything's Going To Be Fine" are very good. Keenan has a great singing voice and does a fantastic job with this very touching and inspirational song. The video shows a young boy and his drawings, which depict the song's lyrical content about how in spite of all of the bad things going on around us, if we concentrate on the love that's inside each and every one of us, everything will be alright. It's very creative to use a child, someone who is so innocent, to convey something that seems to be so complex to so many adults. If a child knows this, why don't we? The lyrics are solid and Keenan obviously has a very deep connection to his spiritual side and with the word. The folk music and vocal performance deliver the message solidly and with conviction.

MusicDishTV Presents "The Wind" by Dream Chemistry

Dream Chemistry's single "The Wind" finds nature to be full of music. The uplifting nature of the song is paired nicely with the beautiful landscapes shot on location in Arizona (one should expect nothing less). The sun is used several times in overlaid shots, adding additional symbolism to the rising sun and sun-drenched hills. The band is a colorful cast of characters, with long black hair or a straw hat and quirky looking instruments. They look as if they just appeared out of the desert dust, an effect reinforced by the opening scene where each instrument fades in, with the musicians' name floating across the screen. It seems almost like the start of a folk tale, not a music video.



With the lead singer Dellynn, taking the lead on camera time, viewers get a sense of her presence and her energy. She seems to believe in message of her song so intensely it becomes infectious. The complex layers of folk instruments and rich female vocal bring a wholeness to the song. The musicians illustrate their well-honed craft, focusing on their playing over camera candy, which maybe why some of the shots of the band without their instruments seems almost out of place within the song. While there are some fleeting moments where a camera shot do not ring true, the music is stunningly real and honest. Dream Chemistry certainly gives the viewer something to sing about.

SHIFT is a music and visual media project by contemporary artist Paul Tardo. Originally from Long Island NY, Paul moved to California in 2002 to pursue interests in music and film.

Paul began his music career as a singer/songwriter playing local cafes in NY, San Francisco, and the Sierra Foothills of Northern California. Work on the debut SHIFT LP began in early 2006 with producer Orpheos DeJournette.
